Amazing Amenities and Efficient Service!

efficient staff executive lounge complete gym

The front desk staff was REALLY efficient, offering all needed information immediately. I found the executive lounge a great perk after long tour days. The mini sandwiches and drinks were much appreciated.

The gap below my door let in SOME noise from the hallway.

The hotel has a FULL gym with a squat rack, multiple benches, and free weights exceeding 100 lbs. There is also a separate yoga room available to use, a great convenience to have (I certainly used it!).

I received a personalized welcome packet upon check-in. Staff members in the restaurant greeted me warmly and promptly made coffee and tea. and that's what makes a GOOD stay.

A reasonable stay

comfortable bed great facilities room temperature open window

The room was good, it was a little bit too warm. The bed was comfortable and the hotel has great facilities that can only be used by Hilton members.

I was unable to adjust the temperature in the room, thus I had a bad nights sleep because the room was too warm. The window was hard to keep open, this made the heat problem even worse.

The hotel provided free parking, it was very convenient! I liked the 24/7 kiosk, it had snacks and drinks available all the time. My room had a kettle and cups, it was very useful.

My bathroom door did not close properly at all. I found a lack of herbal teas in the room, so I couldn't make the tea I wanted. The staff at the bar seemed a bit rude, the service was not great
